两种补硒产品中硒的测定及其生物可利用性评估

         

摘要

目的:测定富硒茶叶和“黄金搭档”两种补硒产品中的硒含量,评估其生物利用性.方法:用分子荧光法于发射波长520 nm处测定样品(茶叶、“黄金搭档”维生素片、茶汤、肠模拟透析液)硒含量,以体外消化透析法测算茶汤和“黄金搭档”维生素片中硒的生物可接受率,以此评估硒的生物利用性.结果:硒标准曲线的R2为0.9989,RSD为0.3% ~2.4%,精密度较好,回收率为93.6%~103.6%,准确度较高;富硒茶叶含硒量为0.28~1.68μg/g,茶汤硒浸出率为15.42%~28.35%,“黄金搭档”含硒量为16.38~20.92μg/g;富硒茶及“黄金搭档”的硒生物可接受率分别为13.88%~17.81%和0.43% ~2.68%.结论:富硒茶叶的硒生物利用性明显优于“黄金搭档”.%The concentrations of selenium in two Se supplements (teas and"Cold Partner" tablets) were determined by molecular fluorescent spectrometry with λom = 520nm and their bioaccessibility of selenium were studied to estimate bioavailability using an in vitro method (simulated gastric and intestinal digestion/dialysis). Recoveries (93.6~103.6%) ,precision studies( RSD<3% ) and linear correlation coefficient ( R2 =0. 9989 ) demonstrated the reliability and accuracy of the analytical method employed in this stud-y. The selenium content in teas was 0. 28 ~ 1. 68 μg/g and 16. 38 -20.92μg/g in"Gold Partner"tables,respectively. The extraction percentage of Se in different tea infusions was present in 15.42%~28. 35%. Se-enriched teas showed the higher bioaccessibility ( 13. 88% - 17. 81% ) ,while the"Gold Partner"tables were found only 0.43% ~2.68%. In conclusion,these data indicated that Se-enriched teas were better in the bioavailability of selenium than" Cold Partner" tablets distinctly.
