以CdTe量子点作为荧光探针,基于荧光猝灭法对对硝基苯胺进行了定量检测,考察了缓冲溶液体系、量子点浓度、反应时间等多种因素的影响.实验结果表明,在pH7.7的0.2 mol/L Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4缓冲液中,反应时间为10 min,对硝基苯胺浓度为1.2×10-6~2.0×10-5 mol/L范围时,其线性回归方程为F0/F=0.9950+0.0207 c(10-6mol/L),相关指数和检测限分别为0.9992和2.5×10-7mol/L.%By using CdTe quantum dots(QDs)as fluorescent(PL)probe,p-Nitroaniline{PNA)was quantitatively detected based on PL quenching CdTe QDs. The influences of concentration of buffer solution, QDs and the incubation time were investigated and optimized in view of their influence on the FL behavior. The results indicated that in a Na,HPO4-NaH2PO4 buffer solution with pH value of 7. 7 and 10 min of incubation, the emission intensity of CdTe QDs and the concentration of PNA follow the Sterm-Volmer e-quation in the range of 1. 2×10-6 ~2. 0×l0-5mol/L. The obtained linear fitting equation is:Fo/F=0. 9950+0. 0207 c( 10-6mol/L) with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9992. The detection limitation can be 2. 5 x 10-7 mol/L The results in this work indicate that CdTe QDs can provide a new luminescent probe for detecting PNA with a wide detecting range and extremely high sensitivity.
