含1-(4′-氟苄基)-2-硝基吡啶鎓离子的四氯合铜配合物的合成及晶体结构

         

摘要

A new ion-pair complex, [4-FBz-2-NO2Py]2 [CuCl4] ([4'-FBz-2-NO2Py]+ refers to l-(4'-florobenzyl)-2-nitropyridinium, and Py refers to pyridine), was prepared by direct reaction of CuCl2 and [4'-FBz-2-NO2Py]Cl in methanol containing hydrochloric acid. The composition and structure of as-synthesized complex were characterized by means of elemental analysis, infrared spectrometry (IR), electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Results show that the complex belongs to monoclinic system and space group P-l, with lattice parameters: a = 0. 790 9(1) nm, b = 2. 304 8(2) nm, c = 1.596 1(2) nm,β= 92.21(1)°, V = 2.907 3(5) nm3, Z= 4, with R1 = 0.049 1, and ωR2 = 0.136 9. The complex consists of two [4'-FBz-2-NO2Py]+ cations and a tetrahedral [CuCl4]2--anion. The cations form a dimer through p…π interaction between the O atom of nitro group and the pyridine ring. The anions and cations form a network structure through C-H…C1 hydrogen bonds.%利用CuCl2和[4′-FBz-2-NO2Py]Cl([4′-FBz-2-NO2Py]+为1-(4′-氟苄基)-2-硝基吡啶鎓离子,其中Py为吡啶)在含盐酸的甲醇中直接反应,得到了一种新的离子对配合物[4′-FBz-2-NO2Py]2[CuCl4].利用元素分析、红外光谱、电子喷雾质谱、X射线衍射等表征了其组成和结构.结果表明,合成的配合物为单斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数为a=0.790 9(1)nm,b=2.304 8(2)nm,c=1.596 1(2)nm,β=92.21(1)°,V=2.907 3(5)nm3,Z=4,最终一致性因子R1=0.049 1,wR2=0.136 9.配合物由2个[4′-FBz-2-NO2Py]+阳离子和1个四面体形的[CuCl4]2-阴离子组成,阳离子通过硝基上的O原子与吡啶环之间的p…π作用形成二聚体,阴、阳离子通过C-H…Cl氢键形成网状结构.
