pH值促进硫酸盐型厌氧氨氧化的快速启动

         

摘要

Aimed at the phenomenon about a long start-up time of sulfate ANAMMOX,based on influence of pH value on traditional ANAMMOX bacteria,through increasing influent pH value,changes of NH+4-N, SO2-4 ,NO-2-N,NO-3-N,and pH value during start-up phase were investigated.Results showed that pH value had obvious effects on ANAMMOX.When the pH value was greater than 8.5,the decline of ANAMMOX sludge activity caused the weakening of ANAMMOX reaction.Simultaneous removal of NH+4-N and SO2-4 was achieved by increasing pH value of reaction system,furthermore start-up time of sulfate ANAMMOX was shorten to 45 d.The average removal of NH+4-N and SO2-4 were 48.72 mg·L-1 and 23.14 mg·L-1 ,respective-ly.To regulate pH value,to undermine ANAMMOX bacteria and to turn sulfate ANAMMOX microorganism to the dominant position could shorten start-up time of sulfate ANAMMOX.%针对硫酸盐型厌氧氨氧化启动时间长的现象,基于 pH 值对传统厌氧氨氧化菌的影响作用,通过提高进水pH值的方法,分别考察了启动阶段 NH+4-N、SO2-4、NO-2-N、NO-3-N以及 pH 值的变化情况。结果表明,pH 值对厌氧氨氧化过程有明显影响,当 pH值>8.5时,厌氧氨氧化污泥活性下降,导致厌氧氨氧化反应变弱;在提高反应体系 pH值的情况下,历时45 d,成功启动了硫酸盐型厌氧氨氧化,缩短了启动时间,实现了 NH+4-N与 SO2-4的同步去除,平均去除量分别为48.72 mg ·L-1和23.14 mg·L-1。调节反应 pH值,改变反应器中厌氧氨氧化菌的优势地位而使硫酸盐型厌氧氨氧化微生物处于主导地位,能缩短硫酸盐型厌氧氨氧化的启动时间。
