Urbanization impeled the rapid development of China’s economic society and greatly raised residents’ production and living standard. Many scholars paid more attention to one-way flow that flow from vilage to city in the research process of urbanization. However, residents in cities and towns also can live and work in the vilages. We should consider two-way flow, avoid the congestion in cities and towns, promote coordinated development between urban area and rural area, steer social resources and funds to vilage, and impel in-situ urbanization. Proceeding with the problems existing in one-way urbanization, the article put forward that two-way urbanization is more correspond with the current fundamental conditions of our country and provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for two-way urbanization at last.%城镇化推动了我国经济社会快速发展，并极大提高了居民生产生活水平。很多学者在研究城镇化进程时，更为关注单向流动，即从农村到城市。但其实城镇的居民也可以到农村居住就业，我们应该考虑双向流动，避免城镇的拥挤，促进城乡统筹协调发展，引导社会资源和资金流向农村，推动就地城镇化。从单向城镇化所存在的一些问题入手，提出双向城镇化更符合当前我国基本国情，最后针对双向城镇化提出相应的对策与建议。
