From the material expression and the constructive expression of the vernacular architecture to analyze the material design methods of Kang Baiwan Manor.Inductive the nature of the material properties and material between the construction of art in Henan traditional dwelings ,to dig out the unique artistic expression of Henan traditional dwelings,and to provide the basis for inherit and carry forward the regional architectural context.Based on the deep understanding of the traditional materials,to inspire the material selection and expressive ways of Henan contemporary folk houses,in order to create more timely and regional local-style dweling houses building.%从乡土建筑的材料质料性表达以及建构性表达两个视角分析康百万庄园的材料设计手段，归纳河南传统民居中材料的本质属性以及材料间的建构艺术，从而挖掘出河南传统民居独特的艺术表现力，为继承和弘扬地域建筑文脉提供依据，并通过对传统材料的深入了解，对河南当代民居的材料选择以及表达手法进行启发，以创造出更具有时代性以及地域性的民居建筑。
