贫困是一个长期性的社会问题。对于我国这个发展人口大国来说，扶贫一直是关乎国计民生的重要工作。对贫穷的本质进行了深入探讨，提出了信息的匮乏是导致贫困陷阱的结论。继而提出通过信息作为先导，智慧城市可以为扶贫工作提供新思路。智慧城市技术将在信息渠道、数据驱动、服务维度和包容发展几个方面，为扶贫理念和工作模式带来的创新意义。特别是在新时期，“精准扶贫”成为扶贫工作的新要求。在“精准扶贫”的导向下，智慧城市规划将基于互联网思维，借助信息技术和数据的互联互通，通过“互联网+精准扶贫”的模式有效帮助贫困地区实现后发赶超。%Poverty is a long-term social problem. Poverty aleviation has been an important work for a developing country with a large population as China. This paper discusses the nature of poverty and come to the conclusion that the lack of information is the key cause of the poverty trap. Through the information as a guide, the smart city can provide a new solution for the work of poverty aleviation. Smart city technology wil bring poverty aleviation innovation in the aspects of information channel, data driving, service dimensions and inclusive development. Especialy in the new era of taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty, smart city planning wil help the less developed area achieve post-transcendence.
