Peasant laborers’ urban integration has developed into a key period of political participation and system reformation. Lack of the right to political participation caused stagnancy of peasant laborers’ social integration. The study found that the channel for political participation had still not opened yet, political capital was scarce, and the level of political integration was not high. The key influence factors of political integration are political capital, social capital and cultural capital rather than economic capital. The demands on political integration of the elite and new generation of peasant laborers are prominent. They urgently need to open an institutional way of political participation to raise their political status. Peasant laborers gradually change from negative and suffer to actively fight for mine-rights. They begin to participate in politics and enter into the key stage of political integration. Such transformation is an important opportunity for urban democratic political construction and social construction of our country. We shall actively build a policy path for peasant laborers’ political integration, in which organization construction is the core, system construction is the guarantee, construction of people’s livelihood is the root and cultural construction is the condition.%农民工的城市融入已发展到政治参与及制度改革的关键时期，政治参与权力的缺失导致农民工的社会融入停滞不前。研究发现：政治融入渠道尚未打开，政治资本匮乏，政治融入水平偏低，政治融入的关键影响因素是政治资本、社会资本与文化资本，而不是经济资本；精英农民工、新生代农民工的政治融入需求凸显，亟待开辟制度化的政治参与途径提升其政治地位；农民工从消极隐忍逐渐转向积极维权，政治参与意识萌动，开始进入城市政治融入的关键阶段，这些转变正是我国城市民主政治建设与社会建设的重要契机。积极构建以组织建设为核心、制度建设为保障、民生建设为根本、文化建设为条件的农民工政治融入的政策路径。
