在当下的民居保护中，存在盲目追求“高大上”的弊病，大量跨省的异地施工使文物建筑丢失很多珍贵的地域特征；民居修好以后，日常性维护的缺乏也是古民居保护中的一大问题。文章分析了三个浙江的案例，指出组织当地民间匠师参与民居的保护或许是破解这一难题的有效方法之一。%Today, in the protection of ancient dwelings,there exists a problem of blind pursuit of “Luxury,Large,Level up ”. A large number of historic buildings are repaired by the provincial craftsmen. This phenomenon makes the buildings lost a lot of geographical features. After the repair, the lack of routine maintenance is a big problem. This article analyzes three casesin Zhejiang, points out that the organization of local folk craftsmen to participate in the protection of the ancient dwelings is one of the efective methods.
