Some suburb vilages, such as Jianhua Vilage, a typical rural area nearby the Jilin city, urbanizes in a very different way caled local or suburb urbanization through urbanization of land as wel as corporatization of rural organization because of the advantages of location in the urbanization process. Most of important, Jianhua vilage has been exploring the reform on the land property confirmation and colective property shareholding in the process of rural economic development. It has provided us a new research topic to have some reflects on the rural colective land system and colectivism organization model, that is, the individual rights and collectivism institutions are probable to merge even in the modern market economy.
