2015年8月11日，瑞金市被国务院公布为国家历史文化名城。对于瑞金市这座以“红色故都”著称于世的历史文化名城，其独具地方特色的历史文化街区却鲜为人知。阐述了瑞金市历史文化街区的现状，对瑞金市3个历史文化街区的价值及特色进行了分析，并且从历史文化街区核心保护范围和建设控制地带两个层级提出了相应的保护措施与建议。%On August 11, 2015, Ruijin was announced to be national famous historical and cultural city by the State Council. As a famous historical and cultural city, Ruijin is known as the “former red capital”, while its featured historical and cultural block is rarely known by people. This article described the current situation of historical and cultural block in Ruijin, analyzed the value and characteristics of 3 historical and cultural blocks in Ruijin, and put forward correspond conservation measures and suggestions from the perspective of core conservation range of historical and cultural block and the establishment of control area.
