Being faced with the inevitable choice of “the urban-rural integration” and the realistic predicament of “city capacity ceiling”, promoting the process of farmers’ concentrated residence is the efective practical path to solve the problem. However, the concentrated residence of farmers is not only the residential form’s change from scattering to living together, but also the life styles' change from traditional to modern, and the partial break and reconstruction of social intercourse. Based on the field investigation on X community in Sichuan province, this article used the perspective of acculturation to do some analysis about the changes of production mode ,life style and social intercourse when the farmers were transformed into new residents. When the farmers concentrated to live together, the rural culture and urban culture encounter together, and experienced a process that includes the chain of "conflict", "debugging" and "integration". This article also proposes some suggestions on promoting the acculturation of farmers who live in the concentrated residence .%面对“城乡发展一体化”的必然选择与“城市容纳力存在上限”的两重困境，推进农民集中居住区的建设成为此两难情境下的重要实践之一。然而，农民集中居住并不只是农民居住形态由散居向集中的转变，更面临着生活方式由传统向现代的转变、社会交往的部分断裂与重构等问题。本研究试图从文化适应的角度出发，通过对四川成都市温江X社区的实地调研与分析，深入了解农民转变为新型居民后在生产方式、生活方式及社会交往等方面转变的现状，提出农民集中居住的文化适应是农民原有的乡土文化同社区城市文化相遭遇并产生冲突、调试和融合的过程，并提出相应的可开展的调试手段，以期为集中居住农民的文化适应研究积累经验。
