Henan Province has a huge amount of cultural resources. The proposition that how cultural resources play their role in the contemporary media space can not be neglected. If central plains culture would expand its the influence through the way of urban communication, the government should strengthen the fundamental cultural resources for excavation work, combine the spiritual core, restore values with the spirit of contemporary dilemmas and fundamental reality of today's culture.
