“2014上海交通大学城市科学春季论坛”于2014年4月13日在上海举行。论坛以国家新型城镇化规划首次提出的“人文城市建设”、“智慧城市建设”和上海交大首次提出的“世界城市与一流大学共生互动”为主要议题。论坛中，参会的专家学者就推动新型城市建设等主题建言献策。%On April 13th, 2014, the “Spring Forum of City Science 2014 Hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University”was held in Shanghai. The “cultural city building”,“intelligent city building”firstly proposed in the new national urbanization planning and the “coexistence and mutual promotion of global cities and top universities” first put forward by Shanghai Jiao Tong University are the themes of the Forum. During the Forum, the scholars and experts voiced many opinions on how to promote the new urban building. The ideas are summed up in this thesis.
