The heritage corridor of the Grand Canal in Shandong consists of many different types of heritages with good prospects for tourism development. However, there are many problems in the development of tourism because of lacking cooperation. This article studies the heritage corridor of the Grand Canal in Shandong, analyzes the restricting factors and the basis of cooperation and proposes the strategy and paths of cooperation.%山东运河遗产廊道的遗产类型多样，数量众多，具有较好的旅游发展前景，然而目前由于缺乏协作，旅游发展存在诸多问题。以山东运河遗产廊道为研究对象，分析了旅游协作的基础、制约因素，并提出旅游协作的策略与路径。
