城市广场文化建设的述论

         

摘要

广场作为城市的“会客厅”,是市民文化活动的阵地,也是市民的精神家园与城市精神文明建设的缩影。广场文化建设具有政府的主导性与市民的自发性,归属的公共性与活动的公益性,形式的多样性与内容的审美性,参与的广泛性与起源的节庆性等特点。广场文化建设要采取把握方向、准确定位、统筹计划、统一管理、社会办理、市民参与、注重节庆、彰显特色、培育品牌,政府搭台、政策支持、经费保障等策略。广场文化不是简单的“广场+文化”,而是在广场中展现文化、反映文化、创新文化。因此,一座城市在广场文化建设中,要从城市的历史文化中找到城市文化的特征,将其融入广场文化建设之中,凸显城市文化特色,避免“千城一面”的广场文化现象。%Square is city receive a visitor hall, is the position of resident cultural campaign, is also the epitome of city cultural and ideological progress and the spiritual home of resident.
