Currently, the rising number of vehicles causes increasingly contradiction of urban parking, which becomes a problem in the development of the cities in our country. Many cities and regions at home and abroad adopted a series of measures and made a certain achievement on solving parking problem. Taking main urban area of Kunming for example, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of parking problem, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to release the contradiction of difficult-to-park by learning from domestic and foreign successful experiences concerning on construction, management and policies of parking facilities. It is expected that such countermeasures and suggestions will be helpful to explore construction and development of urban parking facilities.%当前机动车数量快速增长带来的城市停车日益突出的矛盾，已成为我国城市发展难题。国内外很多城市和地区采取了一系列应对措施，在解决停车问题上取得了一定成效。以昆明主城区为例，在分析昆明停车问题现状的基础上，通过吸收、借鉴国内外停车设施建设、管理、政策等方面的成功经验，提出了一些缓解停车难矛盾的对策建议，期望在探索城市停车设施建设发展方面有所裨益。
