Currently, evaluation on the development level of urban-rural integration has become a new study hotspot in our academia. Providing a review of existing relevant research results, this paper defines the urban-rural integration’ s connotation and clarifies such integration’s several principal features. According to the related principles, it builds an index system on the evaluation of urban-rural integration, from the aspects of spatial, population, economic, social and living environmental dimensions. Here also describes major methods and basic processes of index weighting, data standardization as well as general evaluation in detail.% 目前针对城乡一体化发展水平进行测评已成为国内学界一个新的研究热点。对既有相关研究成果进行了述评，在界定城乡一体化内涵和厘清其主要特性的基础上，依据相应的原则，从空间、人口、经济、社会、生活环境等层面，构建了城乡一体化的评价指标体系，并详细说明了指标赋权、数据标准化和综合评价的主要方法与基本过程。
