Cittaslow in Europe has experienced decades of development, its meaning has gradually shifted from an urban development model to “slow” philosophy. Today, the “Cittaslow” concept has been introduced into China, and China’s first Cittaslow has appeared, which indicates the possibility of greater development in China. Protection of historic buildings has been one of the construction problems for a long time. “Cittaslow” appears to provide a new perspective for historic buildings’ protection, which will focus on levels of culture, environment and consciousness.%“慢城”在欧洲已经经历了几十年的发展，其内涵逐渐从一种城市发展模式，拓展到“慢”哲学。如今，“慢城”理念已由学者引入国内，我国首个慢城的出现，也预示着这种理念在中国更大发展的可能性。在经济高速发展的中国，历史建筑的保护问题一直是城市建设中遗留的难题。“慢城”主义的出现将为历史建筑保护提供一个全新的视角。
