Historical and cultural heritage is laden with the memory of a city and is the continuation of urban civilization development.Domestic academia and business circles have already formed consensus,and carried out a great deal of practice in the use of old city,thus forming the authenticity utilization pattern,integrated utilization pattern,reproducible utilization pattern,innovative utilization pattern and so on.Through constructing the historical and cultural area space frame of ＂one axis,a ring and six blocks＂,Xuzhou with ＂city memory card＂ as the area planning and positioning,explored and integrated in depth the historical and cultural resources of every district.The innovation of governmental guidance and the market-oriented operation mechanism advanced the organic integration between the historical culture and modern civilization,repaired ＂solidification of history＂ and displayed the outlook of the ancient city very well.%历史文化遗产承载着一个城市的记忆,是延续城市文明发展的脉络。国内学界和实业界对此已形成共识,并在老城利用中进行了大量实践,因而形成了原真性利用模式、整合性利用模式、重现性利用模式、创新性利用模式等。徐州通过建设＂一轴一环六街区＂的历史文化片区空间框架,以＂城市记忆名片＂作为片区规划定位,深度挖掘和整合片区历史文化资源。创新政府引导、市场化运作机制,推进历史文化与现代文明的有机融合,修复＂凝固的历史＂,较好地展示了古城新貌。
