The transformation and renewal of old city park has vital significance to the urban public space reconstruction, regarding the ecological environment construction. But, there has not synchronized phenomenon between interior reconstruction and exterior reconstruction in old city park transformation practice at present. The external environment of old city park has not been obtained improvement simultaneously. After having analyzed the corresponding driving mechanism, the author proposes the pattern of constructing together and sharing together in order to improve the external environment of old city park. Under this kind of pattern, the related benefit side provides the resources separately and shares construction achievement. With the aid of improvement of construction environment, it can promote the entire external environment of city park. Thus, it can not only optimize the city physical space, but also optimize the urban society space.%旧城区公园改造、更新对于包括生态环境建设在内的城市公共空间重建具有重要意义。但目前不少旧城区公园改造中出现内外环境整治失衡的现象。旧城区公园外围环境的改善没有得到同步实施。为了推进旧城区公园外部环境的同步整治，在进行了相应动力机制分析后，创新地提出一种旧城区公园外围环境完善的共建共享模式，即旧城区公园外围环境改造的利益相关方各自提供资源，以建筑环境的更新、改善为切入点，分享建设成果，从而带动整个旧城区公园外围环境的完善，达到旧城区公园外围物理空间和社会空间皆得优化的目的。
