论我国住宅集合化的弊端与破解路径

         

摘要

In American and Japan, the most of housing is single-family house, apartment house especially high-level housing only occupies in particular few, regardless of the city and countryside. With it different, the most of town house is set housing that between the neighbor distance is compressed occupies to the limit in China. Moreover, in the current urbanization and the new rural reconstruction, residential is concentrated overly.The style of set housing is drab,it is difficulty to meets the diverse need, neighbors influence each other, accients ofetn appear in the process the construction and the use of tall buildings .The urban population density is too large ,all kinds of resources always be in short supply.per capita residential area has surpasses for 30 square meters today, the direction of housing consauction must transform urgently from the meeting an emergency needs to pay attention to the quality of life.manipulation for emphasizes the quality, provides the more choice to the national.%美国、日本城乡都是以独立住宅为主,集合住宅尤其是高层住宅只占极少数。与之不同,中国城市中,邻居之间的距离被压缩至极限的集合住宅占绝大多数,而且当前城市化和新农村建设中,出现了住宅集合化现象。集合住宅式样单调难以满足多样化需求,邻居间相互影响大,高楼在建造、使用过程中存在多方面安全问题,而且对人际交往产生负面影响。城市人口密度过大造成各种资源一直供不应求。在住宅人均面积上超过30平方米的今天,住房建设的方向应从应付亟需转变为讲求生活质量,向国民提供更多选择机会方向上发展。
