＂Law for the Conversation and Enhancement of Historic Environment and Cultural Setting in the Historic City＂ issued in May 2008 in Japan, is an integrated law for historic environment conservation and local cultural revitalization.Supervised by three Ministries （Ministry of Land,Infrastructure,Transport and Tourism;Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology;Ministry of Agriculture,Forestry and Fisheries）,this law implies the closely cooperation of cultural heritage conservation, urban planning and construction and rural development,which also promotes the integrated conservation and active utilization of tangible and intangible cultural heritage in urban and rural areas.%《关于地域的历史风致维护和改善的法律》为2008年5月日本颁布的一部整合历史环境保护和地域文化复兴的综合性法律。作为文部科学省、农林水产省和国土交通省三省的共管法律,体现了文化遗产保护与城乡规划建设、农村地域振兴等行政管理的紧密合作,全面推进无论城市还是农村地域的有形和无形文化遗产整体保护与积极利用。
