The village-in-city is the result of many factors effecting, including social economy development, the city space Extension, different management system of urban and rural, and so on. And The reconstruction for village-in- city would relate to many field, for example, system reforming of ＂translating villages into Communities＂ , identity conversion of ＂translating villagers into Citizens＂ , improving the environment, protection of traditional culture, and so on. On the base of Clarification about the research for village-in-city in Guangzhou, this paper take the Liede village-in-city as a classic case, and analysis the the Liede＇ s many characteristics of location, population, social economy and village environment, historical culture. Then, the paper summarized the characteristics of reconstruction mode, including Main Body of the village-in-city reconstructing, resettlement mode of villagers, capital for village-in-city reconstruction, planning and design, and so on. At last, the paper had some reflections for environment＇ s result after reconstruction, protection practices of traditional culture, control method of architecture square, and the spread of the village-in-city reconstruction mode.%城中村是社会经济发展、城市空间拓展及城乡二元管理体制等多种因素作用的结果，其改造涉及“村转居”体制改革、“村民市民化”身份转换、物质环境改善及传统文化保护等多个方面。在对广州城中村改造有关研究梳理基础上，以猎德村为典型研究案例，通过分析其区位、人口、社会经济及村落环境、历史文化等多方面的典型特征，从改造主体、村民复建安置方式、改造资金筹集以及规划设计等方面，总结了其改造模式的特征及做法，并从改造后环境效果、传统文化保护做法、建设量控制方法以及该模式是否具有推广性等方面进行分析和思考。
