In order to improve the mechanical performance and biosafety of the HLT-2000 diseased animal biodegrada-tion equipment and reduce the disposal cost,the device was upgraded on the basis of its original main frame and reached the purposes of shortening the processing cycle,improving disposal temperature,realizing intelligent operation,improv-ing working environmental and reducing disposal cost. This study not only provides technical reference for upgrading the early lower-version diseased animal biodegradation equipment but also provides inspires to develop the next genera-tion device for the manufactures.%为提高HLT-2000型病害动物生物降解处理设备的机械性能、生物安全性，降低其处理成本，以设备主体框架为基础进行了升级改造。升级改造后的设备达到了缩短处理周期、提高处理温度、实现操作智能化、改善生产环境、降低处理成本的目的，为早期低版本的病害动物生物降解处理设备升级改造提供了技术参考，也对企业研发新型病害动物生物降解处理设备有所启示。
