辽宁省以《动物防疫法》赋予的动物卫生监督执法职能为出发点，以其动物卫生监管信息追溯平台积累的大数据为依托，探索性开展了动物卫生监督风险评估工作。本文简要叙述了动物卫生风险评估的发展沿革和政策背景，重点介绍了辽宁省动物卫生监督风险评估体系的指标设置、方法构建、结果运用、作用特点等相关内容，发挥了大数据在动物卫生监管过程中的风险预警、数据出口、工作考核、政策指导等作用。%According to the responsibility of animal health inspection and law enforcement stipulated by the animal epidemic prevention law,and based on the big data accumulated by the animal health inspection information tracing platform,the exploratory experiments on animal health inspection risk assessment were carried out in Liaoning prov-ince. The index setting,model construction,result application,action characteristics,and the development evolution and policy background of the animal health risk assessment system were described briefly.
