致密颗粒是由弓形虫致密颗粒细胞器分泌的一类具有免疫活性的蛋白质，它们在弓形虫的入侵，虫体在宿主细胞内的存活和繁殖方面起着重要作用。本文就致密颗粒蛋白6的分子结构、在虫体入侵中的作用、虫体基因分型以及在弓形虫病诊断和疫苗研制等方面的研究进展作一简要综述。%Dense granules are a series of immunologically competent proteins secreted by dense granule organelle of Toxoplasma gondii,and play important roles in the invasion,survival and propagation of Toxoplasma gondii. This paper reviews the progress in research of dense granule protein 6 including molecular structure,the function to invade,genotyp-ing,diagnosis and vaccine development for toxoplasmosis.
