Their friendship will be further enhanced as the two countries strengthen cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. Because next year marks the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand, bilateral relations will again find the spotlight. Since China and Thailand established diplomatic relations in 1975, fruitful outcomes of bilateral cooperation in politics, trade and economics, culture and people-to-people exchange have been plentiful. All signs point to bilateral relations becoming even more promising.
