Effect of different liquefying agents on rice straw liquefaction was studied. Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, sulfuric acid concentration and ratios of liquid to solid on the content of cellulose in liquefying production were investigated. The result indicated that glycol, polyethylene glycol and phenol could be used as liquefying agents. And for the three liquefying agents, contents of cellulose in liquefied product were 58.2%, 53.0% and 62%, respectively, under the optimum conditions. The granularity of cellulose was significantly decreased and the gap within fiber bundle was increased when observed with electronic microscope. This will be helpful for followed fermentation.%利用液化反应对稻草秸秆进行预处理,考察不同液化剂对稻草液化反应的影响,并考察了不同液化剂时液化温度、液化时间、催化剂用量、液固质量比等因素对液化产物中纤维素含量的影响.结果表明,乙二醇、聚乙二醇以及苯酚均可以作为稻草液化预处理的液化剂,在最佳液化条件下,液化产物纤维素含量分别为58.2%、53.O%和62%;扫描电镜观察结果显示,预处理后的纤维素粒度明显降低,纤维束内部出现缝隙增大,对后续发酵过程极为有利.
