中国经济正处于全面深化改革中，产业结构调整涉及到17个产业，其中最主要的是4大产业。房地产业要从非常态向常态化发展转变，其中的保障性住房由政府提供，坚持控制单套住房面积、循序渐进、低价的三项基本原则；其余的房地产则由市场调节，使供求规律和价格规律充分发挥作用。战略新兴产业在本次产业结构调整中应大力提高技术含量，政府必须为其提供良好的技术创新环境，减少行政干预。作为提升产业结构利器的服务业，要认清消费服务业、商务服务业、生产服务业和精神服务业各自面临的问题，提升整个服务业在产业结构中的比重。在制造业方面，要正确处理传统制造业在负债、就业和成本过高方面的问题，发挥我国需求大国的优势，引进民营资本，大力发展现代制造业。%China's economy is in the stage of comprehensively deepening reform; there are 17 related industries in industrial restructuring, and 4 of them are the most important. The development of real estate industry should be transformed from abnormal state to normal state. The indemnificatory housing should be provided by the government by adhering to the principle of small living space, step by step and low price; but other kinds of housing should be adjusted by the market itself. For the strategic new emerging industries, we should pay more attention to the improvement of technological content; and the government should provide better environment for technological innovation and reduce administrative intervention. For the service industry, we should understand problems facing the consumption service industry, commercial service industry and spirit service industry; and we should also increase the proportion of the whole service industry in industrial structure. For the manufacturing industry, we should correctly deal with problems in terms of liability, employment and cost;and we should also give full play to the advantages of China, which is a country with huge demand, introduce more private capital and strengthen the development of modern manufacturing industry.
