The block of Sheng 32 in Sheng Li oilfield is an early developedoil-dom. In order to improve production,long-term water- injecting technology is applied in Sheng 32 block. Thereservoir was damaged for the influence of the injected fluid,while after water breakthrough,the fluid form a fixed channel,the injected fluid can’t displace the remaining oil in the reservoir,fluid productionvolume increased significantly,and the oil production has dropped significantly. To solve these problems,by the way of changing the original design of injection-production. The production analysis of Sheng 32 can help to give guidance to designthe actual production process,and achieve the purpose of production.%盛32区块位于属于胜利油田早期开发的区块，因长期的采用注水开发技术进行增产，该区块的储层因注入流体的影响而发生储层伤害，同时也因为生产井在见水后，注入流体形成固定的流动通道，注入的流体难以驱替储层中的剩余油，致使产液量大幅增高，而产油量却显著下降。针对于该区块注采开发中出现的问题，对已有的开发井进行转抽作业。通过对于该区块转抽作业的实际产能影响分析，获得避免转抽作业污染的合理方案，针对性的对该区块设计转抽方法，对于实际的生产过程给予指导，达到增产的目的。
