煤矿封闭火区渗透注浆过程中浆液扩散半径的影响因素分析及应用

         

摘要

Grout diffusion radius is an important parameter in grouting fire preventing and extinguishing technology,that had great influence on grouting drilling layout,grout consumption and other technical parameters. Based upon slurry diffusion theory model of slab grouting,calculation procedure of drilling grouting was designed,which calculated the diffusion radiuses in different conditions,and analyzed influence factors of grout diffusion radius. The results showed that fissures degree had the greatest influence on grout diffusion radius,grouting pressure took the second place,then the ratio of soil and water of grout had less influence,and the drilling diameter had the lest influence. The results had been applied successfully in grouting and fire extinguishing in fire area of Yanyaer Coal Mine.%浆液扩散半径是灌浆防灭火技术中的一项重要参数,决定着灌浆钻孔的布置、浆液的消耗量等其他技术参数.本文基于平板注浆浆液扩散理论模型,编制钻孔灌浆计算程序,对各种条件下的扩散半径进行了计算,并对影响浆液扩散半径的因素进行了分析.结果表明,裂隙度对浆液扩散半径的影响最大,灌浆压力次之,浆液土水比再次之,钻孔孔径对扩散半径的影响最小.研究成果在雁崖儿煤矿火区注浆灭火中进行了成功应用.
