纳林河煤矿深埋煤层工作面初采期间强制放顶技术研究∗

         

摘要

To prevent the support crushing and roof cutting accidents in deep mining face during initial mining period,pre-splitting blasting forced caving was carried out in No. 31 101 working face in No. 2 mine of Nalinhe Coal Mine,and the layout of drill hole and blasting tech-nology were introduced. Using analysis software of KJ21 rock pressure monitoring system,work resistance of supports after pre-splitting blasting was analyzed. The results showed that the first weighting in the upper and lower part of No. 31 101 working face came behind that in the middle part about 5 m,and the pressures were lower than that in the middle part,and the first weigh-ting in working face was not obvious,which indicated that pre-splitting blasting forced caving a-chieved good effects.%为防止深埋工作面初采期间发生工作面压架切顶事故,对纳林河二号煤矿31101工作面进行了预裂爆破强制放顶,介绍了钻孔布置及爆破工艺。运用 KJ21矿压监测系统分析软件对预裂爆破后的支架工作阻力进行了分析,结果表明:31101工作面上部和下部初次来压比工作面中部滞后5 m 左右,压力比中部区域小,工作面初次来压不明显,说明预裂爆破强制放顶取得了良好效果。
