分析了煤炭企业党建工作存在的问题，根据煤炭企业的实际情况，开发建设了党建管理信息平台，介绍了该平台的系统架构、功能设计以及部分重点功能的业务流程，最后阐述了该平台在煤炭企业中的实际应用效果。实际应用表明，该平台能够有效地提高煤炭企业的党建管理水平，对于强化煤炭企业党的政治功能建设具有重要意义。%The existing problems in the work of Party building in coal enterprise were ana-lyzed,then the Party building management information platform was built based on the actual situation of the coal enterprise. The system architecture and function design were introduced,as well as the operation flow of some key system functions of the platform. Finally,the practical application effects of the platform in the coal enterprise were elaborated,and the results showed that the platform could greatly improve the management level of Party building of coal enter-prise,and it was significant for intensifying the Party's political function building in coal enter-prise.
