This paper sets up an evaluation index system of coal mine enterprise in a low-car-bon economy,composed of five primary indexes,such as low-carbon mining,transportation, processing and comprehensive utilization,environmental protection and low carbon culture,and twenty-four secondary indexes. Then,we integrate the approaches of AHP method and entropy method to ascertain the index combination weight. Finally,we conduct an empirical analysis on Jiaozuo Coal Group,and the results show that:in 2008-2012,the comprehensive evaluation value of this enterprise had increased year by year,and the low carbon economy level had gradually changed from poor to excellent.%构建了由低碳开采、低碳运输、加工和综合利用、环境保护和低碳文化为主要框架的5个一级指标和24个二级指标的煤炭企业低碳经济评价指标体系，并选取 AHP 法和熵权法进行组合赋权。最后，对焦煤集团进行实证分析，结果表明：在2008－2012年，企业低碳经济综合评价值逐年上升，低碳水平由差到优良逐渐转变。
