How to prevent companies going worse is a most important issue faced by coal en-terprise. Based on this point,the robustness of management has been introduced from two faces of management quality. The introduction of error theory and methods help to prevent errors in quality management activities,reduce the potential risk in the process,and improve the quality management robustness. The applying idea of the theory and method of error-proofing in coal en-terprise quality management has been discussed,and "five steps" of error-proofing in quality management has been proposed to help businesses and managers to discover and solve problems.%如何防止企业做差是煤炭企业发展中应当面临的首要问题，基于此视角，从分析管理质量的两面性入手，介绍管理的稳健性。引入防错理论与方法有助于其预防质量管理活动差错，减少质量管理过程的潜在风险，提高煤炭企业质量管理的稳健性。探讨了防错理论与方法在煤炭企业质量管理中的应用思路，并提出质量管理防错“五步法”，帮助企业和管理人员及时发现并解决问题。
