In order to verify the effect of coal mine safety climate on employees'safety behavior,a set of scales were compiled for evaluating the safety climate in coal mines.Based on questionnaire survey in employees in coal mines,the rationality of credibility and validity were analyzed,and the validity of scales was verified also.The model of relationship between safety climate and safety behavior was built. SPSS statistical package was used for the descriptive analysis,exploratory factor analysis by different levels and confirmatory factor analysis.The results showed that the safety climate scales are of good fac-tor structure.Moreover,the structural equation model was verified by LISREL8.7,and the model after verification was obtained.Finally,the suggestions and measures were put forward for the investigated coal mine to improve employees'safety behavior rate.%为证实煤矿安全氛围对员工安全行为的影响，编制了一套适用于煤矿的测量安全氛围的量表，对煤矿员工进行了问卷调查，分析了信度和效度的合理性，验证了量表的有效性；构建了安全氛围与安全行为关系模型，应用SPSS统计包进行了描述性分析、分层面探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析，表明安全氛围量表具有较好的因子结构；利用 LISG REL8.7对结构方程模型进行了验证分析，得到了验证后的模型，并对调研矿井提出了针对提高员工安全行为率的建议措施.
