高固体分阳离子型水性聚氨酯合成及其封闭底漆研制

         

摘要

One kind of high solid cationic waterborne polyurethane resin was synthesized after neutmlization and dispersion with water after the reactions with the polyester diols(PE-l 000), non-ionic polyether diol YmerTMN120, 1,6-hexanediol(HDO), castor oil polyolsl(C.O.), MDEA and Toluene diisocyanate(TDI). The cationic waterborne polyurethane resin waterborne wood sealer was made by the prepared resin, defoamers, leveling agents, wetting and dispersing agents, thickeners. The properties of resin were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA), particle size analyzer, and various coating testing equipment. The results indicated that when using PE-1000 and nonionic polyether diol YmerTMN120 mixed as the polyer diol, in a ratio between the 1/5 to 1/4 range, the molecular weight of the prepolyer from 3 500 to 5 000, the total amount of MDEA from 10% to 12%, the content of HDO from 6% to 7%, the prepared high solid cationic waterborne polyurethane resin had good water and alcohol resistance. Moreover, the CWPU waterborne wood sealer had better performances.%采用丙酮法利用聚酯二元醇(PE-1000)、非离子聚醚二元醇(YmerTMN 120)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)、蓖麻油(C.O.)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应,经中和、加水分散和扩链,合成出高固体分的阳离子型水性聚氨酯树脂。用合成的阳离子水性聚氨酯树脂加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿分散剂、增稠剂等制备出水性木器封闭底漆。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、粒度仪、涂膜测试仪等仪器进行表征。测试结果表明:当树脂的数均分子量设计为3500~5000、m(YmerTMN120)∶m(PE)在1∶(4~5)、MDEA的质量分数为10.0%~12.0%、HDO的质量分数为6%~7%时树脂粒径小、黏度低、固体分高、贮存稳定性好。由其制备的水性木器封闭底漆,耐水、耐醇性优,封闭效果良好。
