In this paper,the ginger essential oil content is determined by steam distillation method.The experimental conditions are optimized by orthogonal experiment.Under the optimal conditions,the change of ginger essential oil content in the ginger bud growth process is determined.Ultimately,the optimal experimental conditions are determined as particle size of 60 mesh,material-liquid ratio of 1∶16 and distillation time of 2 h.The best harvest period is 14~21 days or ginger bud length of 7~10 cm.%采用水蒸气蒸馏法测定姜精油含量,采用正交试验对实验条件进行了优化,在优化条件下测定姜芽生长过程中姜精油含量的变化情况.最终确定实验优化条件为粒度60目、料液比1∶16、蒸馏时间2 h,最佳采摘期为14~21天或姜芽长度7~10 cm.
