"Determination of the total acidity in edible vinegar" is one of the analytical chemistry experiments for the undergraduates of food quality and safety major.As an example,the students'experimental results are evaluated by robust statistics,and the scientific,accurate,intuitive scores of students can be obtained fast.It is more reasonable than that of traditional method.Furthermore,the undergraduates experiment teaching of analytical chemistry can be improved by this method.%“食用白醋中总酸度的测定”是笔者学校食品质量与安全专业本科生开设的分析化学实验之一。以该实验为例，结合实际教学中在学生实验结果评价中的问题，应用 Robust 统计技术能够科学、准确、直观地得出评价结果，与传统的实验结果评价方法相比，具有较大的优势。
