Objective To analysis the clinical results of laparoscopic and open surgery in complex appendicitis.Methods This study included 98 patients in the study were patients with appendicitis I complexity hospital, according to different surgical methods were divided into observation group and the control group, were selected laparoscopic and open surgery.Results The two groups of patients after treatment, compared with postoperative complications related indicators as well as the incidence, differences gradually strengthen, produced statistically signiifcant.ConclusionPatients with complicated appendicitis laparoscopy should be selected for treatment, the effect is signiifcant, strong safety.%目的：分析复杂性阑尾炎采用腹腔镜和开腹手术的临床治疗效果。方法纳入此研究中的98例研究对象均为我院收治的复杂性阑尾炎患者，按照手术方法的不同分为观察组以及对照组，分别选择腹腔镜以及开腹手术治疗。结果两组患者经治疗后，比对手术后的相关指标以及并发症发生率，差异性逐渐加强，统计学意义产生。结论复杂性阑尾炎患者应选择腹腔镜进行治疗，效果显著，安全性较强。
