Objective To observe the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial fracture after operation. Methods This study selected 110 cases of tibial fractures treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015. The control group was treated with plate and screw fixation in the treatment of tibial fracture after operation, and the observation group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail. Results The observation group operation time [(65.63±5.24) min], fracture healing time [(18.25±1.44) w] is better than the control group. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of tibial fractures after the treatment of the treatment of a significant effect.%目的：关于交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折术后再骨折的效果观察。方法本次研究选取我院2013年9月～2015年9月收治的110例胫骨骨折术后再骨折患者作为研究对象。对照组胫骨骨折术后再骨折患者采用钢板螺钉进行固定治疗；观察组者采用交锁髓内钉治疗。结果观察组手术时间[（65.63±5.24）min]、骨折愈合时间[（18.25±1.44）w]优于对照组。结论交锁髓内钉固定治疗术在胫骨骨折术后再骨折的治疗过程中效果显著。
