目的：研究通过彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺肿瘤进行诊断，探讨其临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月～2015年1月入住我院甲状腺肿瘤患者40例，以临床病理诊断结果作为依据，对比分析X射线和彩色多普勒超声检测的结果。结果彩色多普勒超声检测甲状腺肿瘤的准确度为95.00%，高于X射线检测的准确度85.00%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；彩超检测甲状腺肿瘤的特异性和灵敏度均高于X射线检测甲状腺的特异性和灵敏度，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺肿瘤准确率高、特异性强、灵敏度高。%Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis thyroid tumors. Methods There were 40 cases patients of thyroid tumors being chosen to retrospectively analyzing their clinical data from January 2013 to January 2015. As a result of clinical and pathological diagnosis based on the results of comparative analysis of X-ray and color Doppler ultrasonic testing. Results Color Doppler ultrasound to detect thyroid tumors accuracy of 95.00%, signiifcantly higher than the accuracy of the X-ray detector of 85.00% between the two groups have significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), ultrasound thyroid tumor specific and sensitivity were significantly higher than the X-ray detector thyroid specificity and sensitivity, significantly between the groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid tumors with high accuracy, speciifcity, high sensitivity.
