目的：研究氨溴特罗与复方异丙托溴氨联合用于小儿毛细支气管炎临床治疗的效果。方法选取本院2014年12月～2015年12月接诊的80例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿为研究对象，将其随机分成联合组与常规组，常规组患儿接收常规对症治疗，联合组患儿除了接受常规治疗之外，还接受联合治疗方案。结果联合组总有效率（95.00%）高于常规组（72.50%），两组总有效率比较差异存在统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论小儿毛细支气管炎患儿联合使用氨溴特罗与复方异丙托溴氨治疗，临床疗效佳，恢复速度快，且具有良好安全性。%Objective To study ambroxol and clenbuterol and ipratropium bromide compound used in combination ammonia bronchiolitis clinical effect. Methods 80 cases of children with bronchiolitis were selected as the object of study in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015, were randomly divided into combined treatment group and routine group and routine group of children receiving conventional symptomatic treatment, combined with groups of children in addition to accept conventional therapy, also accepted combination therapy. Results Thetotal effciency of the combination group (95.00%) higher than the normal group (72.50%), total effective difference obvious that there was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Pediatric bronchiolitis combined use ambroxol and clenbuterol and ipratropium bromide compound ammonia treatment, good clinical effect, fast recovery, and has good security and is recommended.
