目的：探究成人尿道结石并急性尿潴留急诊微创治疗的方法。方法选取2014年3月～2015年10月本院收治的成人尿道结石并急性尿潴留患者30例。在硬膜外麻醉下，结合第四代超声碎石清石术，行经尿道输卵管镜下的气压弹道，粉碎患者尿道结石，将碎石吸出。结果术后1～3天，待拔除尿管后，患者可顺利排尿。拔除尿管后，利用B超进行复查，未发现残留结石。结论针对成人尿道结石并急性尿潴留患者，基于尿道输尿管镜下，采用第四代超声碎石清石术，效果显著，且创伤小。%Objective To explore adult urethral calculi and acute urinary retention of minimally invasive treatment method.Methods 30 cases of adult urethral calculus and acute urinary retention in our hospital from March 2014 to October 2015 were selected. Epidural anesthesia, combined with the fourth generation ultrasound lithotripsy stone operation and transurethral endoscopic pneumatic lithotripsy, crushing the patient is urethral stones, gravel will be sucked out.Results The postoperative 1~3 days until the catheter was removed,the patient can be smooth urination. Removal of the catheter, using B-mode ultrasonographyreview, found no residual stones. Conclusion For the adult urethral calculi and acute urinary retention in patients with urethral under the ureter mirror, the fourth generation of ultrasonic lithotripsy, the effect is remarkable, and the wound is small.
