目的：观察高龄髋部骨折患者手术治疗围手术期并发症发生情况。方法选择医院2012年1月～2015年4月收治的高龄髋部骨折患者152例，给予手术治疗，观察围手术期并发症发生情况，分析术前合并症与术后并发症发生率之间的关系。结果152例高龄髋部骨折患者中，术后并发症28例，发生率为18.4%。术前由合并症组患者并发症发生率高于术前无合并症组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高龄髋部骨折患者采用手术治疗时，并在围手术期密切注意患者的合并症情况，采取有针对性的手术治疗，降低术后并发症发生率。%Objective To observe the elderly patients with hip fracture surgery in the treatment of perioperative complications occurred. Methods The hospital from January 2012 to April 2015, 152 cases of elderly hip fracture patients, surgical treatment, observation of perioperative complications, analysis of the relationship between the preoperative complications and postoperative complications. Results 152 cases of elderly hip fracture patients, 28 cases of postoperative complications, the rate of 18.4%. By preoperative complications higher incidence of complications in patients with preoperative patients without complications group, difference has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion The elderly hip fracture patients treated by surgery, and perioperative complications in patients with close attention to, take targeted surgery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
