Objective Study on the therapeutic hysteroscopy cesarean scar pregnancy-type effects and clinical value. Methods Admitted in our hospital gynecology endogenous cesarean scar pregnancy 50 patients for the study were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 25 cases in each. Drugs administered to the patient in the control group combined with curettage treatment, the experimental group were treated with aspiration of uterus treatment hysteroscopic negative. Were compared patient outcomes. Results Bleeding volume, vaginal bleeding days, vaginal bleeding rate, serumβ-HCG recovery time and hospitalization time were lower than those of the control group patients in experimental group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), experimental group effciency was 96.00%, higher than that of the control group effective 84.00%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy in the treatment of cesarean section scar pregnancy has signiifcant effect, high clinical value.%目的：研究宫腔镜治疗内生型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的效果及临床价值。方法选取我院妇科收治的内生型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者50例为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，各25例。给予对照组患者药物联合清宫术治疗，实验组患者给予宫腔镜下负压吸宫术治疗方法。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者术中出血量、阴道出血天数、阴道大出血率、血清β-HCG恢复正常时间及住院时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的84.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论宫腔镜治疗内生型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的效果显著，临床应用价值高。
