目的：探析边缘叶脑炎患者影像学特征以及免疫治疗对策，为临床治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析我院2015年3月收治的边缘叶脑炎患者的个案资料，并分析免疫治疗的效果。结果该患者以脑电图异常、行为及精神症状、明显近记忆力损害等表现为主，通过免疫治疗后，获得的效果较为明显。结论边缘叶脑炎可能合并其他免疫性疾病，通过脑电图检查、脑MRI、脑脊液等检查对早期诊断边缘叶脑炎产生一定的帮助，采用免疫治疗干预获得的治疗效果较为明显。%Objective To explore imaging characteristics and the edge of leaf encephalitis patients immune treatment measures, provide the basis for clinical treatment.
