Objective To discuss the method and effect of preventive care for viral infection. Methods 62 cases of hemodialysis patients were selected, preventive care intervention was given, and observed their care benefits. Results After one year, 60 patients with antibody-negative did not turn positive, 2 patients with antibody-positive did not significantly change. Health care workers did not get infection, the care effect is good. Conclusion Health care workers do preventive care for viral heptitis, could effectively ensure the quality and safety of dialysis hemodialysis patients, to improve the quality of life.%目的：探讨维持性血液透析患者实现病毒性肝炎感染预防护理的方法与效果。方法选取我院62例维持性血液透析患者，给予病毒性肝炎感染防护的护理干预，观察护理效果。结果随访1年后发现60例阴性者并未转为阳性，2例阳性者无显著变化。相关的医护人员未引发感染，护理效果良好。结论医护人员采取有效措施做好肝炎病毒感染的预防护理工作，可有效确保维持性血透患者的透析质量与生命安全，降低肝炎病毒的感染率，改善生活质量。
