目的：探讨大面积烧伤患者采用综合康复护理对生活质量和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2014年1月～2016年1月收治的大面积烧伤患者102例，随机分为两组，各51例。对照组行常规护理，观察组行综合康复护理，对比两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论大面积烧伤患者采用综合康复护理可提高护理满意度，改善生活质量。%Objective To investigate the impact of severe burn patients with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care on quality of life and satisfaction. Methods 102 patients were treated for extensive burns were randomly divided into two groups from January 2014 to January 2016, 51 cases in each groups. The control group underwent routine care, observation group underwent comprehensive rehabilitation care, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results The nursing satisfaction than the control group, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). After observation group care quality of life score was higher, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The large area burn patients comprehensive rehabilitation care can signiifcantly improve nursing satisfaction, improved quality of life.
